From Our Vendor Manager

Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Williamson County Fair, which will be held August 1-9.

ALL VENDORS MUST COMPLETE AN APPLICATION AT THE "APPLY HERE" LINK. The application is for indoor and/or outdoor space and does not guarantee that you will be assigned a space(s). Applications will be reviewed by fair management and if accepted you will receive notification from the Vendor Manager and appropriate paperwork will be sent to you for completion.

The majority of our food vendor locations are outdoors, while our inside booths are primarily reserved for vendors exhibiting their products or business. Applications are processed as they are received, and we strive to offer a wide variety of vendors while also minimizing redundancy. The earlier we receive your application the better!
